Intelligent multi-mission surface drone
The CAYMAN is a modular surface drone developed by Sfynx Industry, designed for inspection, surveillance, decontamination and analysis missions in demanding aquatic environments.
Compact, lightweight and fully electric, it combines mechanical robustness, extended autonomy and latest generation on-board technologies.
Technical platform
- Bi-float structure in high strength fiberglass or composite, offering exceptional stability on water.
- Central waterproof module housing electronics, video transmission, batteries and navigation systems.
- Propulsion provided by two T200 thrusters powered by 12 V, guaranteeing a speed of 12 km/h and an autonomy that can reach 10 hours depending on the mission.
- Total weight: 20 kg in working order, easy to transport and deploy on site.

The CAYMAN is equipped at the front and rear with a patented self-cleaning rotating optical system, allowing a clear and stable vision whatever the conditions.
Thanks to a micro brushless motor at 12,000 rpm, the front lens instantly expels water drops, dust or mud by centrifugal effect.
